Thief has a bit of a sticky-fingered problem.

He doesn’t steal money! That would be mean, and it’s boring besides. He just likes to lift things that catch his interest - things he’s never seen before, so he can turn them over in his claws and figure out what they are.

His mother was not pleased when she found out, but not for the reason he’d expected. It wasn’t the moral issue - it was his sixth sense for artifacts cursed by ancient mages or blessed by the gods. That’s the kind of trouble that isn’t welcome in this family. But if that’s the case - what if he just takes his sticky fingers somewhere else?
