The magical familiar bound to a puzzle box whose riddle binds those who enter the city to the sea, granting immortality, and replacing their lungs with gills and their wings with fins. Should his riddle ever be properly answered, ENIGMA will release everyone from their curse.
The riddle goes thus: "The thief stole fortune, soul, and family from their favored prey."

They will have to make the trek to the surface without any aid from ENIGMA.
