Biography

ARTISIA
Lady Wreck | __ |
Biography
. . .It was meant to be their first real adventure, out on the waves. The three of them. Lord Stern. Lady Artisia. And who could forget Abyssos, their chaperone that their parents all agreed needed to be there? Not that it did them any good. The sea witch that the legend spoke of supposedly granted the desires of those who sought her out. Nothing could be more clear, for either of them: in the name of true freedom, Artisia, also known as "Lady Wreck", and Lord Stern (...just Lord Stern) would prowl the seas in search of this supposed witch, along with a crew!. . .Kinda funny that said crew didn't want them to get off the ship when they hit land, though. In fact, they begged the three of them not to disembark, yet never would explain exactly why. The strangest part was that when they leaped for land, those same dragons that had just so earnestly begged for them to stay onboard just took the ship and left.
. . .While Artisia yelled at them to "come back and let her show them what for", Stern made his way further in with the chaperone. It was as if the beach itself wanted so desperately to return to the sea. The further in he went, the harder it was to so much as stand. Eventually, the two of them collapsed without a single hint as to why. Artisia, all the way on the other side of the isle, fought that same, hard struggle.
. . .Wakefulness revealed the island's illusion. It was as if they'd simply leaped into the sea. On top of that, the three of them were alive and well. Artisia headed for the surface in hopes of finding the others more easily. That did not end well.
. . .When Artisia's body pulled up above the water, she took a gillful of air. The shock ran through her body like a tidal wave, sending her careening back into the water.
"Yeah, that happened to me, too," said a familiar voice.
Stern! Artisia turned to gaze upon...something that looked only vaguely like her imperial friend. Gills. Fins for wings and a mane. Honestly, he looked more like a fish than an Imperial in some ways.
But that got Artisia looking over herself. Fins in place of wings...finned ears...fins for horns...a fluked tail? Well, points for being aquatic, I guess.
. . ."What in the Tidelord's name? Are we FISH?"
