Her magic is impressively strong, and her story is as follows.

Starstruck's real name was lost to time, as a teen she fell in love with Picollini while wandering the forest, looking for game with her faithful wolf.
His scales where not yet burned, and where a beautiful reddish color. As they laid eyes upon each other, they feel deeply into forbidden love.
But Picollini was a vampire, and he needed blood to survive, so seeing the young maiden, he persuaded and twisted her mind so that she murdered her village so he could feast among the blood. But one of the warriors had escaped the swift massacre, and attacked Starstruck with utmost ferocity. Picollini, hiding in the shade of the trees, rushed out, burning his scales as he fended off the guard, but the damage had been done.
The pair roam the lands, moving at night- it is unknown whether Starstruck was turned or not, but many spot her wandering out in the day, innocent gardening tools coated in slick and oddly fresh blood. And her hound is quite efficient with dealing with witnesses.
