“Let me take a look at them, dear.” Pythia crowed at Aether, who bent his hat towards her. She laughed, craning her neck forward and folding her enormous wings. "Child, come closer." A moment passes. She ran a decrepit claw down your face as the wicked bones cracked and popped in your ears.
“You have to hold still for me. These eyes don't see the way I'd like them to." You could count every serrated tooth in her wicked jaw. "—I surmise they are unsure why they are even here.” Aether's eyes widened. Really? The skydancer -- if you could call her that -- abruptly whisked you around and pointed you towards Bishop. "You stay here as long as you like." Bishop let out a sigh. Pythia didn't seem to want anything to do with you any longer and you really didn't mind.
Aether's mate and confidante. Originally a shadow dragon of the Tangled Woods, she and Aether founded this clan together. As its matron, she's been known to take care of dragons with a maternal claw. Eccentric and misunderstood, depending on the company she can be cruel or kind or everything in between. Nowadays Aether and Pythia bicker for convoluted, domestic reasons, but at the end of the day their union is what keeps the clan at peace.
