Tokyo

Tokyo is chill.
That's what most dragons think when they see him: DJing like a pro, listening to his ever-present headphones, tapping out a beat on his leg with his extra-cool neon blue talons. Effortlessly stylish yet laid-back and easygoing, Tokyo is the prime example of That Guy that you want at your disco party. He's a Cool Dragon™ - at least, that's what it seems like on the surface.
No one *really* knows who Tokyo is.
If you watch him a little closer, you'll notice a few strange things. How his eyes seem to be constantly calculating. How the air shimmers around him ever so slightly, a static buzz tickling your ears the closer you get to him. How his voice sometimes echoes in your head, just barely, like a delayed special effect on a microphone. This is because Tokyo isn't just any DJ: he's a *weaponized* DJ.
-Tokyo can control soundwaves. He's able to tamper with music recordings, mimic voices, and lower or raise the volume of something in the room for either a singular dragon or multiple dragons, amoung other things. He uses this ability sparingly, because it taxes him.
--He's digitally modified. Intended to be a live weapon and infiltrator for an underground lab empire intent on taking over the Shifting Expanse (conquest still in progress,) he escaped, disabled his implanted trackers, and disappeared off the radar.
---He tends to view life as a game. And here's here to *play.*

Other personality traits: charming, suave, fashionable, smart (like a calculator.) LOVES music. Don't. touch. his. headphones. Not confrontational. Unless you touch his headphones.


Tokyo strolled in, dusting spare bits of gravel from his ruffled feathers.

He knew he was late, of course. That was fine with him, especially considering the reason that he was late - a good song. He could never resist a good song. He smiled, adjusting his headphones as he tapped his talons on his thigh. Breakdancing sure was fun, but maybe in the middle of a road wasn't the smartest place to do it, considering he had nearly been run over by a carriage. No matter. He was in decent shape.

He looked up, saw the very large crowd of dragons eating at the banquet table, and realized just exactly how late he was. The meal looked to be almost over. He raised his eyebrows at himself, letting out a rueful chuckle. There probably wasn't very much time for introductions, but the least he could do was play some music for the guests. Music was always the right choice.

He strolled over to an open area near the side of the room, unslung his pack, and started to set up his travel mixer and speakers. He thought about it for a moment, chose a song, and started soft. The air shimmered around him as he controlled the volume to be just right, then released, the music humming out softly into the air and merging with the chatter of voices and clinking of silverware. He smiled.
