| THE AIRSHIP PILOT |
A dark looming shadow suddenly sweeps over the land. As you squint up into the sky, you see it, a massive and beautiful airship gliding swiftly through the clouds, its impressive craft of bamboo and colorful paper sails as if it had broken off from the floating wonder of Cloudsong itself. On its side, the bright green insignia of the Wind Flight flashes proudly, excited chatter buzzing from some of the surrounding dragons as they watch its bow slowly tilt downwards, softly descending to make port. The Circus of Aergate is in town!

The proud captain of the Circus's signature airship, Felix pilots the massive zeppelin like an impassioned sea captain, loudly barking his orders to the crew as he turns the wheel with vigorous fervor to guide it through the churning winds . . . though given the sheer lack of emotion in his Fae voice and the fact that said wheel is nearly three times his size, the whole ordeal tends to be more comical than anything for those involved. As the Circus operates in full swing, Felix is often standing proudly by his ship, selling the official souvenirs and merch for visitors to commemorate their stay, and even offering personal tours of the airship's interior beyond the main stage, to whoever wishes to see the insides of the beloved vessel that gets the Circus to their destinations all across Sornieth. These tours are simply enthralling, assuming you can withstand an hour of pure monotone rambling about interior airship mechanics from a Fae that already assumes you know all the lingo. And no he won't show you the performers' dressing rooms or bedrooms, for goodness sake get a hold of yourself and stop asking you animals. It's quite an openly known fact that Felix likes to drink . . . a lot. Especially for a Fae. If there isn't a tavern nearby to one of the Circus's stops, he will gladly FUND one out of his own pocket just to get his necessary intake of gin. This should probably be extremely concerning that a Fae of his alcohol levels is the pilot, but he hasn't crashed yet so surely it must be fine. If anything Zephyr and Feilong know enough about the airship by now to "successfully" land should anything go wrong, so the Circus isn't TOO worried about it . . . probably. Besides, it's become such a tradition among a good chunk of the crew to hit the taverns after hours to celebrate another fine week of work thanks to him, so clearly the risk of catastrophic airship damage must be worth it for the comradery that was gained.
