13417.png 		Born in a lair at the Tempest Spire, Knockout knew little of his parents besides the fact that they existed. In his early youth, they left the clan to serve the Stormcatcher – a lifelong commitment that meant permanent separation. Knockout felt little grief. One cannot miss what they've never had.

It was in his adolescence that he left his clan in the Shifting Expanse. He had little intention of ending up in the Scarred Wasteland, finding a clan to settle down in at the Rotrock Rim. Though it was a dangerous place, close to the great Wyrmwound, he found it fascinating. It was this new home that introduced him to Ratchet, who quickly took the young Pearlcatcher under his wing. The medic saw potential, even where some of the other clanmembers saw only Knockout's rather difficult attitude. It wasn't easy to interact with the vain young dragon, but Ratchet refused to give up on him. Knockout excelled as the apprentice medic, and found a sort of happiness in the work.

He matured into his adulthood in the Plague lair, working diligently beside Ratchet and eventually taking a mate, Breakdown. The two of them are inseparable and very loving, if not a bit rough with each other. They bicker constantly, but always come back together with apologies and soft words. 		K4YThfH.png
