Whisperer
'Thine wishes will bring answer as well as pain, but they shalt not be reliquished.'

Covered in silk, tulle and lace she's the living portrait of banality and will do nothing to change her appearance. She knows she looks vain, she'll behave flirty and will probably do anything to make you think she's nothing but a pretty face. Nothing further from reality.

She has always seen those souls: she knows she will never stop seeing them. Veliona has gotten used to it and will often offer her services as a medium. She thinks that both the living and the ones who are no longer in this world are connected and makes a living out of it.

Whether if it's ethical or not, is nothing of her concern. She knows that some questions require to be answered, and will not inquire about her job as long as she's not actively hurting a soul.

Usually, she speaks in an archaic way. Unless she's dead serious, troubled or shaken, she'll keep up talking like that.

Won't hesitate on social situations: likes to be on the spotlight, but she doesn't elicit it. Whatever you may ask she will answer in all honesty. She usually shoots a warn: "Be warned, thou may not like what I say. But if it be true that's thy wish, I shalt deliver"

This dragon is a Soul Whisperer and a member of the Soul Hunters Initiative. Soul Whisperers are dragons that can communicate with souls, and they often put them in a docile state until they can be released at a Gate. Whisperers sometimes aid Hunters and Collectors with their magic to capture both malevolent and benevolent souls.

The Soul Hunters Initiative - or the S.H.I. - is a group of dragons who hunt down and collect the souls of those stuck in Limbo, and help them to pass over to their next destination.

Fendrel - ????????????
Whatever their relationship may be, it's hard to describe. Veliona got used to spend time around him, and currently she usually spens her free time around him and has make herself at home at his place. Fendrel doesn't seem annoyed by this and he seems to enjoy her company, usually leaving his door open for her. Plus, she likes to borrow his many books and share a few chats whenever they're together. They have travelled some time together and are used to each other.

Dusa - Familiar
Veliona calls this creature Dusa, which is a long forgotten word that means spirit. If this creature could be called that. Often flicking between worlds, is rather difficult to figure out if Dusa is alive or not: even though, Dusa follows Veliona loyally, performing whatever task is required, often on its own.
Its main duty is to protect Veliona when menacing spirits are around. She's not a fighter, she relies on her magic to control them. When Dusa has nothing to do, it remains eerily still. Never seems to sleep.

Meira - Friend
Meira is a talkative traveller that she has often meet. Annoyed at the beggining, she currently enjoys a lot her company: Meira never hesitates to stop by and spend some quality time with Veliona and they can be easily found together. Despite not sharing hobbies or anything, Meira is always chirpy and they often share information about their travels, and the nocturne is always willing to drop by to let her know anything she heard during her more than common travels as a courier.

History

Veliona barely recalls her childhood. She can spare a few details though, and one of them would be the silent presence of Dusa. The first and blurry memory would be herself, lost in the snow with Dusa with silently following. She hatched a few hours ago, no one in sight. So she wandered on instinct, not even knowing what she was doing. She was far too young to understand the hardships she was going through.

But she almost died the day she was born.

Cold bit her claws, made her sleepy and she was about to black out when other dragons found her. The clan, made out of wanderers, was the first family she remembered. They took her under their wing, taught her as much as they could. But they, as caring and loving as they were didn't understand the shadows that loomed behind them. Sometimes attached to other dragons, a few times wandering in the same place and none of them would be seen by anyone but her.

Still, she learnt magic and how to survive. But as soon as she figured the looming shadows were dragons that no longer belonged to this world, she gave up. She was comfortable with the Wanderers that adopted her, but there were many unanswered questions and she needed to know. Why could she see them? Why was she left to die in the Cloudscrape Crags? Many things she wished to know, and none would be discovered by staying. So she took her belongings and left.

In her many travels, she learnt how to make a living out of her gift, how dragons were willing to pay to be able to speak to the ones who no longer belonged to this world. When she learnt that there were more dragons like her, even rumors got her on the move and it was like that how she met the S.H.I.

She had the secret wish that her parents or someone out there could tell her the whereabouts of her birthclan. Still, she hopes and helps in the S.H.I. while longing for an answer.
