Vaizel is excessive, boisterous, and vain. Though often underestimated for his mischievous and playful nature, he is actually quite sharp and calculating.

Patron of the Ranger class, his talents include archery and disguise, and he is exceptionally fleet of foot. He enjoys wandering Atreia with his true identity concealed, preferring to mingle with humans rather than remain in the capital city of Sanctum. Indeed, Vaizel so repeatedly puts his own needs and desires above those of Elysea that he is considered the black sheep of the Seraphim Lords.

Even Nezekan, who is known for his tolerance, has little remaining patience for Vaizel’s flamboyant ways and liberal views. True to his nature as Lord of Freedom, Vaizel follows his own definition of justice; he does not acknowledge Nezekan's authority- going so far as to openly confront him- which further strains their relationship.

Unlike the other Empyrean Lords, Vaizel does not have any specific legions assigned to him. He has ears and eyes all over Atreia, but these individuals are not organized under one specific banner, nor do they receive his continued orders.

Instead, these Daevas of Zephyr are simply deployed to a region and, once there, are to use their own capabilities to assess and deal with situations until they are recalled.
