Biography
obligatory dead link here
12/21/14
After I got home from watching the Hobbit, I found out about the new event here in Flight Rising. I was completely stunned and filled with excitement. Used up all my gathering turns to look for the egg, and lo and behold, I found one! I couldn't believe my eyes. My hoarding tendency tempted me to keep her as an egg, but all my friends told me to hatch her, and so I did.
And what a beauty she is! Such an adorable babbu~
I have so many things that I'm thankful for today. Really.
---
When the whole lair found out about the rise of Nocturnes, everyone was rather excited to be given clearance to scavenge solely for today (as they still had an abundant amount of food from the celebration of their clan master's birthday a few months back). All adult dragons scrambled to several respective areas, trying to find the elusive Nocturne eggs that seemed akin to finding Easter eggs.
It had been, surprisingly, Ren, a relatively new addition to the lair but an old dragon, who managed to find the odd purple egg amongst a pile of stones. It looked abandoned, forgotten, and he wondered how everyone else had missed it.
So when he took the egg home, delicately and tenderly, everyone in the lair was rather surprised, with some more excited than others, to see if the egg would hatch or not. There had been the faintest idea of keeping the egg in the vault to sell later on, but Ren wouldn't have it, and so took care of the little life inside until it hatched a few hours later.
What came out was a young little Earth hatchling. A Nocturne. The egg was real! And she immediately became attached to Ren, her surrogate father, who already tried to mimic him as soon as she learned to walk. The two have been inseparable ever since, and it definitely was a change to all his other offspring who had left him before, never really knowing them well.
He could only think of one thing whenever she'd see him with her bright eyes of admiration and love:
Thank you.
