Orpruscoursth uses her natural-born talent for peering inside the bodies of other beasts to serve the weyr. She can sense rot and disease caused by injury or illness and carefully extract damaged tissues. She is a hulking creature, but her claws are deft and precise. Most keep their distance from this sizable imperial unless they are in dire need of her ministrations. She's been known to insert her skilled tongue into the bodies of other beings in order to extract lingering dead tissue. This practice is found disgusting and unforgivable by most of the clan members.

It should be noted that she is no real doctor. She provides no medicine, no preventative care. It is even said that she gets... excited.. by the prospect of her skills needing to be put to use. Like she craves being allowed to dig her claws into festering meat.
