~Brendan of the Red Dawn~

Torn between the Arcanist and the Lightweaver

The heir to Clan Marvel if his parents pass, Brendan is under his mother's tutelage to become strong and steadfast under pressure and under his father's tutelage to be wise and knowledgeable with his decision making. He has begun to assist his mother in the day to day running of the Clan, but tends to get off task a little too often.

Much like his father, Brendan is dreamy and enjoys absorbing all the knowledge he can. However, like his mother, he can be stern when necessary, although one would never think so. He prefers to fly high in the sky and feel the sun on his wings, most of the time.

Brendan was hatched in Arcane territory, and was still young when his mother decided to make the move across Sorneith into Light territory. Because of that, he was raised with the ideology of the Arcanist, but the practicality of the Lightweaver. He often questions where his loyalties truly lie, but still has not found an answer. Despite all that, he finds living in Light territory to be very comfortable, and doesn't miss living in Arcane territory terribly much.

As a young adult, Brendan was tasked with finding himself a mate, one who could successfully carry on his royal lineage. It was not long until he happened upon a clan hidden away in the Southern Icefields, with a beautiful Fae. He was smitten immediately, and very quickly after, Tamako was inducted into Clan Marvel.

Each and every day, Brendan falls in love with her just a bit more.

Avior the Arcane Sprite is Brendan's wise companion. They know much more than he does, and their knowledge even surpasses his father's knowledge. Brendan often seeks council in them, asking for advice or their opinion. Very rarely is Avior ever wrong about things, but they also rarely speak their opinion on something either.
