Biography

Entity Profile
Daemon of Remorse
Predator Daemon | Order Domain | Threat Level High
When first discovered, Daedalus was originally thought to be a Daemon of the Cthonic Domain, but as Sornieth's understanding of the other planes improved, they were moved to the Order Domain, for multiple reasons. First, while Chthonic and Order entities are known to tend to have positive interactions on the whole, both domains are very lively within their own domains, and while Daedalus had many positive interactions with the Chthonic Domain, they were much more active within the Order Domain. Furthermore, Order entities almost always have a protective aspect to them, though it may not always be a positive one, while Chthonic entities never have this toward the living. Daedalus very clearly displays a negative protective aspect, and thus has to be in the Order Domain.

Daedalus shadows those who have done great wrong like a wraith. Most of the time, his presence is feared but otherwise ignored as their crimes are continuously brought to mind. For those who can see this wraith, it is especially difficult as he notices quickly. He takes advantage of their sight, but, should the hunted dragon begin to turn a new leaf, Daedalus is surprisingly forgiving and may even allow himself to be called in on a favor. His goal is for the wicked to change their ways, though he is considered incredibly dangerous regardless. Rather than create enderlings, Daedalus is known to imbue objects with a scant amount of his power as a boon. So long as the object is used for good, the blessing remains. Mistakes are natural, but should they do something worthy of him knocking on their door again, the blessing leaves its vessel and he is called back to haunt the individual.
