About Not many dragons that knew Hollowed before his takeover are still around. After all, he sought to take down anyone who could pose a threat to his plan. However, there was one dragon who managed to not only escape but scarred Hollowed. This was Farwatcher. Farwatcher is a larger-than-average bogsneak dragon with silver scales and a white underbelly. The pattern of her scales mimics a jaguar's spots. Her wing membranes are a light purple, with blotted streaks and spots along her wings and fins. Candle wax has become stuck to her spine, often lit by small flames. She is often seen wearing a rose thorn crown, black feathers, and a purple bird skull armband. Her necklace was a gift from a former teacher, which holds onto her raven familiar. Because Farwatcher was a former elemental teacher, she has taken on a caring and nurturing personality. This is due to her wanting to be a helpful and memorable mentor. She takes pride in this responsibility of influencing the youth. After all, she believes that the new generation needs a supportive figure, someone that they can look up to for advice and help. But things have shifted now. It's strange. She can remember hearing about Hollowed when he was younger. To see him like this-like some sort of monster-it breaks her heart. Especially considering how their last meeting went.

Story Farwatcher is native to Starfall Isles. She's an arcane dragon, raised by two arcane dragons before eventually leaving to pursue a career in magic research. This eventually turned into a teaching career, where Farwatcher would teach young dragons in the heart of the territory about arcane history and magic. That way they can become more attuned to their roots. But one of her first students seemed to stand out to her. A young mirror dragon who over time began to despise his arcane lineage. After causing a few fights, he was brought to another clan so as to not disturb the other students. But Farwatcher never forgot him. As years passed, Farwatcher continued with her career. The memories of the past student still stayed with her, but she didn't let that one failure weigh her down. One day, she received a letter from a colleague in Starwood Strand. They were writing to her about a weird change happening. How a mirror dragon has managed to bring together smaller clans into one new clan. No, it wasn't described as a clan. It was described as an army of dragons. All of them rioting about not wanting to be weak, following closely behind a dragon who swore to change arcane lineage and make them respected not for knowledge, but for strength. The dragon who wrote to her asked if there was anything she could do to help them. So Farwatcher left for Starwood Strand. |
Despite Hollowed having more combat-related knowledge than Farwatcher, his former teacher was still able to put up a fight for self-defense. But the thing that saved her life was arcane magic. Hollowed reached to swipe at her neck, only for Farwatcher to grab his head in her jaws, and use an arcane bolt on him. It severely scarred his face, leaving him stunned so Farwatcher could escape. It pained her to do this to a student, but what choice does she have?
Farwatcher couldn't go back home, not when Starwood had fallen into chaos. So when Obsidian took it upon herself to create the uprising, Farwatcher knew she had to join. She might be the only one who could piece together the motives for what led Hollowed to become this and also know of any weaknesses.
