"He/Him"
Barracuda lives in one of the deep pools in Opal's territory. Long ago, Barracuda got swept away from his local pack of Undertides. Due to an injury, he struggled with trying to catch up with them, and soon got dragged closer to the surface. When he came to, he found himself stranded in an outlining pool away from the ocean, with another Undertide dragon helping with his injuries. This dragon is Basil, another Undertide dragon who got pulled to the surface and is now beached on land.
The two are now really close, and after being discovered and accepted into Opal's flight, now Barracuda is no longer alone. Granted, he wants to go back to the ocean more than Basil. He feels homesick and wishes to find a way back with Cove's help. But at least he still has Basil, and if Basil is happy, then he can be happy.

Talents: Barracuda is just like any basic Undertide dragon. He has the very same abilities and is more skilled in air or sea. While Basil has enjoyed adapting to some talents on land, Barracuda still prides on being in the water.
