The Second

Redfeather is second in command, and a true warrior for the clan. She was the first dragon to be adopted into the clan and as such she looks upon Faelight and Guardiansky as her second parents. At a younger age she was constantly seeking Faelight's approval, and often ended up in childish squabbles with DesertStorm for her attention. Since then she has matured and willingly shoulders the responsibility of The Second, making sure duties are dished out evenly and that Faelight's commands are known and followed through. She is an intelligent and strong dragon who uses everything in her arsenal to insure the clan runs as smoothly as possible.

In her free time, Redfeather enjoys sunbathing and if you can't find her in the lair she is probably on top of it where the treeline breaks just enough to let the sunshine through. She was born a light dragon after all. In fact, due to her relatively short wingspan and the close proximity of trees around the lair, Redfeather has become an excellent climber with very muscular limbs. On occasion, she will take Indigotiger and go for a lengthy hike to clear her head and reconnect with her mate.

Her relationship with Indigotiger started out as nothing more than a school girl's crush. He was an older dragon (by a few days, which seems like a whole lot more when a clan is first starting out) and he was very charming and charismatic. Even when they first started seeing each other, she didn't think it was anything serious. He was fun to be around, but she didn't believe she necessarily meant anything more to him than the average dragon. A couple of close calls proved otherwise and these two have developed an unshakable bond that has led them to become well known as one of the clan's power couples.
