MEOW.
Tiogar's an eccentric, cheerful fellow, but he wasn't always this way. He taught himself to meow and roar when he was still a hatchling, but his affection for the feline didn't sit well with many of his peers when he was little. He used to get in fights with neighboring dragons twice his size on a regular basis, and for some time he had a reputation for stirring up trouble. However, when a marmalade kitten wandered into the lair he trotted up to it, purring and trilling, and it immediately recognized him as family. Now he's stopped harassing other dragons, and spends most of his time playing with various catlike familiars, reading books, and napping.
