A traitor in the midst, sent by the Plaguebringer to intensify the plague and sever the clan's numbers a bit. She hasn't done well in earning the dragons' trust, however.
Her current targets are Qubine, Amadeus, Orphne, Percival, and Brahm. Her secondary targets are Percival and Brahm's kids, Irina and Niclas. She also targets her fellow Plague dragons, Redda and Rafadel to realign them with their true elemental nature. Because Rafadel seems reluctant, Decilla may have to take more...forceful measures with her.
When the plague was cured, the Plaguebringer cut off communication with Decilla, leaving her lost. No longer obligated to spread the plague, Decilla remains with the Kalma clan while she struggles to decide how to live her life.

– Decilla has a unique name, meaning that no other dragon on Flight Rising bears this name.
