After the horribly ineffizient incident caused by the surface crew, Storm realized the lack of education on the surface. Against her better judgement and centuries of Sandsurge tradition, she decided to leave the undergrounds to walk among the surface and teach the imbeciles that habitate the lands above about work ethics and effiziency.
Some clans called her an "unwanted Safety instructer" other a "Lightning representative" but as long as they listen to what she says, she doesn't care much for what they label her as.

Just like the majority of all lightning dragons of the Shifting Expanse, Storm grew up to become an engineer. She prefers to be quick and intuitive, to better harness the power of the tempest under which her kind make their home.
She is extremely ambitious, changing the world to adapt to her rather than adapting to the world. Copper wire, tools, and reactors are some of her most favored treasures.
