Born during the Festival of Light, Brightshine Jubilee, with scales glowing like the mighty Lightweaver herself, this dragon might have been destined for greatness. If only he had been born with healthy eyes...
Having terrible eye vision no pair of glasses seem to help compensate, Emperor finds himself unable to read any scrolls and books and thus making him unfit to be a scolar.
Nonetheless, he refuses to give up to become a representative of the Light.
Closely listening to the elders tales and the philosophers speeches, memorizing each word of the Lightweaver, he became a scholar whitout ever reading a single word in his life.
Nowaday, he's travelling the Roads of Sornieth, spreading the Light's philosophy outside of the Sunbeam Ruins.

During his Travels, he was joined by a Spirit of Light, that seems to be convinced to be a Light Sprite. Not wanting to burst their bubble of imagination, Emperor kindly plays along.

Just like every other light dragon of the Sunbeam Ruins, Emperor considers himself philosopher. He prefers to be unbiased and logical, revealing the nature of the world like the rays of the sun. He is very scholary, holding the pursuit of truth as the highest virtue a dragon might aspire to. Scrolls and relics are some of his favourite trinkets, even thought he is unable to read said scrolls, due to his terrible eyesight.
It's more a sentimentl reason he started to collect these things.
