SORINE
SAINT HIGH PRIEST

If you were to receive a penny for every time Sorine objected to the removal of an inconspicuous shrub or stone for reasons of feng shui, you would have a total of 3 pennies, which isn't a lot, but it’s still weird that the occurrence had repeated itself three times.

Sorine had had a rather mischievous childhood, though judging solely based on his role and behaviour within the village nowadays, there would be no way for one to tell that the young Sorine was a proper delinquent, never found where he should be, went to all the wrong places around the neighbourhood, and constantly worried his peers and elders sick with his absence.

Though, perhaps it was due to such an upbringing, Sorine had been exposed to many places in the village, many nooks and crannies, hidden secrets and unseen wonders which the greater population of the village remained oblivious to for the most part, and this knowledge catapulted Sorine to the top of his class once he began his studies in geomancy and its relationship with the flow of essence around and within the village.

In no small part due to his contributions to the village, Sorine has been granted the title of the Saint High Priest of Mystorica, and although he might appear as a superstitious airhead to many residents and newcomers to the village, those who were old enough to remember his childhood still recalled the troublesome child which was the young Sorine.
