In Her Nature
Plague and Nature dragons are very much opposites from each other; often times they are also enemies. But that didn't stop the kind Guardian, of the Nature element, from warming up her abandoned egg and accepting her as both a daughter and a charge. Living in the Everbloom Gardens under her mother's care, Greenfew learned things that few Plague dragons would ever care for: medicinal remedies, plant care, wild plant identification and knowledge similar. She was also taught kindness and pacifism--but troubles arose when she first began the learning of what was supposed to be healing magic. Instead of any ounce of healing, her claws born of the Plague flight could only produce illness. She tried harder--too hard--and by accident passed a raw strain of infection onto her poor mother. Greenfew tried every remedy she knew of, and mixed up a few of her own, but nothing could cure the worsening condition of the Guardian. Distraught and drowning in guilt, Greenfew abandoned her home and mother to return to the Plague flight and eventually find a new place beside Mindfog, where she felt she might belong and be able to bury the memory of what she had done.

Greenfew is known throughout the clan as a leader that is quick to adapt to change, making for a very flexible Overgrowth and a very open-minded individual when dealing with other dragons. Visitors to her cottage are met with exceptional hospitality, but should a dragon continue to visit too often, she can become very irritable and snappy until eventually banning said dragon from her home. She does not keep friends within the clan, steering most conversations towards business subjects and only becoming truly comfortable within the presence of Mindfog. She pushes promotional favors towards their children, Stinger, Marigold and Haze, but rarely visits them in person in fear of getting too attached. Despite her trauma from the Nature flight, she still takes exceptional care of her garden and grows most of her own food.
