I'd say he's the kind of villain that's only evil when it comes to mentioning the deities and flights since he sees them as a barrier to reaching ultimate peace. He's totally evil deep inside but that's just his otherworldly mind taking hold of him so excuse his hatred to all cult like structures <3 After all, back on his home....they destroyed it.

It had been a long night.
His two daughters curled up onto each other, sleeping peacefully together.
Their wings overlapped one another, Juliet’s upper wing on top and Camaron’s on the bottom.
CottonCandy had felt guilty for his two daughters the day that Camellia left..
Camellia had left at dawn, but she was preparing to leave at midnight if it weren’t for Juliet.
‘Nao! If mommy is lweaving wus Cammy is stwaying!’
Juliet stopped and cried all night as CottonCandy and Camellia were attempting to calm down Juliet.
Her cries ran throughout the nest, with CottonCandy worried and Camellia panicking.
‘My dear cloud you must understand-‘
Smack!
A mud ball slid down CottonCandy’s face as Juliet’s tantrum grew more aggressive.
‘Maybe we should let Camaron stay with you, it’s almost night after all..’
‘But- I’ve only told my clan I’d be taking only one of the three back, not two.’
‘I’m sure you’ll be able to figure it out, she’s been crying all night after all.
It’s no use to keep going on, I simply just wish to return to my clan at this rate.’
CottonCandy sighed, but nodded.
‘Alright, shh~ Juliet it’s alright, look! You get to still stay with Camaron okay? ‘
Juliet heard her father and eventually calmed down.
‘Are- awe you sure?’
‘Yes my cloud, now come on.
Say goodbye to your mother..’
CottonCandy’s sure he’ll never forget that night..

Soft, glowing orbs of light twirled slowly round him - stars and constellations, responding to his thoughts and mood. They were present often, now, ever since CottonCandy had learned of his powers.
It had been a beautiful day, the air heavy with promises of sunlight and laughter. CottonCandy’s children played in a forest clearing, their voices echoing like music in his ears as he watched on. It was as if a veil had been lifted from his sight, revealing possibilities CottonCandy had never dared to imagine.
In that moment, he knew he possessed powers beyond comprehension, abilities that defied the laws of reason. But more than that, he knew he had a responsibility – to protect those he loved.
And so, with the help of his daughters, CottonCandy set out to learn. Juliet and Cameron, with their own powers, were able to discern that he needed 100 offspring to reach his full magical potential. CottonCandy felt almost daunted by the prospect, but he was willing to try. And though he knew the path ahead would be fraught with challenges and uncertainty, as long as CottonCandy had Juliet and Cameron by his side, there was nothing they couldn’t overcome.
