Emrys is a very tidy, intelligent dragon who essentially keeps to himself most of the time. He doesn't avoid other's company, he just sort of doesn't seek it out. Cassiopeia, who he's assistant to, is sort of like a mother to him. Emrys ran away from home due to his magic powers going awry, having snagged a boat, and he ended up in the Glace clan. Cassie took him in, and the two immediately liked each other.
