Luciento was hatched and raised in the Mirrorlight Promenade. He quickly found his passion in philosophy, particularly Aesthetics. He made quite the name for himself in certain circles, and was regarded very highly by others.

One one particular day, his power went out. Unusually for a light dragon, Luciento preferred to light his home with electricity. There was something particular he admired about the Lightning Flight's design and aesthetic, and he enjoyed having more modern technology. The repairwoman he contacted was an Obelisk by the name of Flaxen. Luciento immediately developed a crush on the friendly technician, and made excuses- sometimes even breaking his own appliances- in order to see her again. When he broke down and confessed, Flaxen told him she knew the whole time, and was hoping he'd say something. They became a couple after that, and they love each other deeply.

After a while, though, bounty hunters came for Flaxen's head. She'd told Luciento her past, but left out that she was being headhunted. The two were forced to fly far from home. After some travels, they ran into the Kitetail Caravan, and found it a lovely place to stay. They share a wagon that's half full of mechanical trinkets and half of ancient scrolls and books that Luciento acquires from the many merchants the Caravan meets.
