If LuLu is the Chaotic Evil, Baphomet is just downright malicious. He was adopted quite a while after LuLu in hopes of burning off some of that extra energy he always seems to have. That, however, didn't go to plan. LuLu was initially excited to meet a new friend who'd hopefully have an equal if not stronger love of setting things on fire. Unfortunately, their play fighting turned into actual fighting that had LuLu scampering back to Cinnabar.
Comparatively, LuLu is an angle to the kind of "pranks" Baphomet pulls which includes but isn't limited to: Placing poisonous spiders/centipedes in others' beds, gluing books shut or shredding them to the dismay of the Twins, biting and refusing to let go until he "feels like it", sneaking into others' rooms to destroy or steal stuff, and terrorizing others' familiars.
Baphomet finds joy in genuine fear and distress and, according to rumors, he has a sort of "bucket list" with the names of all the dragons he wants to prank that he hasn't gotten around to yet. Currently, the only dragons he leaves alone are LuLu and Cinnabar after Cinnabar threatened to turn him into a decorative rug, and Mocha who'd gladly throw him out if given a good reason. Cinnabar, despite her distaste for Baphomet, took on the role of being his caretaker, just with less affection.
