Captain Shrederator
AU Info:
A veteran Bot known for his patriotic color scheme, Captain Shrederator (or Shred) isn't the best fighter by any means, but still enjoys entering tournaments to give others a show.
He is one of the very few remaining designs known as a "full body spinner", and only he and Gigabyte remain nowadays in current championships. Despite not having a lot of power, he was once able to defeat Tombstone, another legendary Bot, in a former match, and many applauded him at this - some also questioning how he did it.
Being a veteran, Shred is known by all of the BattleBots in the city, and well respected amongst many. However, he has a major grudge against Riptide, a Bot who fought him recently and nearly ruined the rest of his tournament. Shred was able to make it, but just barely, as many thought he was killed, and offered up their own parts and service to help him out. Bots heard rumors about Riptide possibly having his own grudge against Shred for defeating his pet, Sharko, in a former battle, and he wanted to teach Shred a "valueable lesson", something Riptide deemed accomplished after the fight.
It took hours of repairs for Shred to get back in shape, but he was able to make his last fight and give it his all. However, it's rumored that he may have to either retire completely or begin from the ground up - something this Bot has always dreaded...
