FROSTBORNE

Once upon a time, in a land far different from our own, there lived a dragon...

Frostborne was hatched into a family that had served a royal line for as long as any dragon could remember. He was also hatched blind. He can see a blur of colors, but he can't make anything out. Although there were some things he couldn't do, Frostborne never allowed his blindness to get in his way. He learned early on in his life that he loved to tell stories, and so that is what he did. The royal children loved his storytelling abilities, and soon the rest of the royal family did, too. He learned how to record his stories in a magical form, and he did so in an enchanted book that never leaves his side. He became somewhat famous in the area for his incredible tales.

Frostborne, however, became restless in his service to the royal family. He wanted to travel and tell his stories to the whole world. He was sick of being kept as a personal book for a few rich dragons, instead desiring to spread joy to many dragons. He took to pacing the palace halls as his restlessness grew. This was how he bumped- literally- into a palace guard by the name of Unconquered. He began meeting with her in secret, as the guards were forbidden to have personal relationships within the palace to prevent a conflict of interests if the palace were ever to come into danger.

Frostborne and Unconquered shared a desire to leave the palace and see the world, and one day they snuck off together, leaving the Southern Icefield for good. They traveled Sornieth for quite a while before eventually coming across the Kitetail Caravan. Frostborne found that the many travelers rather appreciated his stories, and chose to stay. It was at this point that Unconquered confessed her love to Frostborne, and she stayed as well. The two have been together ever since, as happy as a couple could be.
