Another of the clan's old timers, Rhode was less than thrilled to join the clan. Coerced into it by Juniper, he only joined because otherwise he would be on his own. He'd hadn't expected for it to be such an unpleasant experience. To say he and Artemis do not get along would be an understatement. They abhor each other; Rhode finds him intolerable and rude, finding no problems with telling him so in more than just words. He's paranoid and twitchy, prone to accidentally firing off bolts of magic when startled that have singed more than a few careless dragons.

He's a powerful mage to be sure, able to rip other dragons to shreds with potent magic- magic linked to science of course, he's not a fool- and more than willing to exercise his powers when provoked. However, this doesn't stop him being somewhat of a laughing stock with the clan. Sure, he's dangerous, but he's so weird and unthreatening- even when he's trying to be threatening- that others can't help but laugh. Internally, it frustrates him no end, but externally he takes it surprisingly well. A proud owner of the "not as much as an arse as you could have been" award, Rhode is a character to behold and can be a force to be reckoned with.
