Biography
-Just nearby the elder ridgebacks door was another similar looking wooden door, but much more wide. The smell of food and other delights gave you the same feeling the elder ridgeback gave you. As you approach this door, you can hear bellowing laughs from inside, as you peek in you notice a large and humble ridgeback, happily cooking up a storm with their fellow animal friends. Birds, rodents and other creatures flying about and adding ingredients into a large cauldron. " Well come in come in!!!" shouted the ridgeback as they noticed you. " The soups ready and its my Best recipe!!. " The large ridgeback slowly waddled towards you with a massive soup bowl in hand. His large snoot met your nose and he gave a large teethy grin, you couldn't help but smile back and feel like you've been sent back to happy childhood. The soup bowl was steaming and the aroma was heavenly. The ridgeback gave out another bellowing laugh, patted you on the head and returned back to the cauldron. You leave feeling a sudden thrill to try the soup as soon as possible. It was divine.-

Cosmo was abandoned as a hatchling, managing to just barely scrap by on his own. He eventually was founded by a moonglow nightjar that took him in and treated them as one of her own. Since Cosmo didn't grow up around dragons, his food preferences where different. Not liking the feeling of having to munch through something, he took up the hobby to make soups, porridges and other liquid like meals. Sadly, his parent figure had fallen ill and was again all on his own. Throughout his journey he made friends with small critters that followed him everywhere and even began helping forage ingredients for him. He wanted to be apart of a family again so him and his little critter friends set off to explore the realm of dragons like himself. One day he stumbled across an interesting forest, in which he smelled something delicious and heard laughter from within. Cosmo was cautious but more so curious, so he excitedly ran towards the sounds and smells, and to his suprise a ton of shocked faces looked at him. He was a large ridgeback, especially compared to the two that looked just like him. He couldn't help but burst out in tears of happiness when trying to reason with the dragons as to try and be apart of the group. One of the ridgebacks, the elder, slowly apporached him and comforted Cosmo, giving him the same feeling when the nightjar found him. Of course, the clan immediately took Cosmo in, and Dundee, the elder ridgeback that comforted him, took Cosmo under hers and her husbands wings, treating him like the son they never had. After being with the clan for a short while, it didn't take long for Cosmo to become so outgoing and generous. Always offering soups and a good laugh to anyone he can. He is often with his mother, learning to make tea and helping his father with crafting jewelry. Even his little critter friends still help out with what they can as well. Cosmo is a perfect definition of a gentle giant. |
