Jaysong

Many years of working hard under the heavy smog of the Ashfall Waste have taken their toll on Jaysong's body. He bears several scars from rival dragons that were after the same ore deposits as he was, not all physical. After constant strain and developing a breathing problem, he found it necessary to move elsewhere to a quieter, calm enviroment. Which he found alongside the MichiRei clan of the Tangled Wood. To further elaborate: Chikari happened upon him, fancied him(he fancied her as well), and asked if he would like to stay with her as her mate. To which he graciously accepted.

Though no longer under the pressure of meeting a quota, Jaysong continues his metalsmithing. With his skill, he has outfitted many a dragon in the MichiRei clan for combat. Although he no longer works with such a fiery passion as he had before, his art has become a semi-conscious habit that keeps his mind focused and away from his troubled past. Since moving, his health has improved, but his scarred lungs will forever remind him of his original home.

Despite his disability, Jaysong loves being in the sky and diving through clouds. If he couldn't be anywhere else, he'd stay in the sky forever. Another benefit from his change of pace was that he could focus more on his quiet hobby of perfecting his aerial maneuvers and dances; which was looked down upon, ironically enough, in his old region. He and Chikari spend many hourly sessions together and perform a brilliant display of dives and spirals for anyone watching.

Jaysong is very quiet and also extremely sensitive to loud noises. He loathes conflict and will do everything in his power to avert it or avoid it completely. Shouting triggers him to break down and hide in his personal area of the den. Time spent with others is often silent companionship while each does their own work. He's also a very sensual dragon and enjoys cuddling, keeping warm with Chikari at night.
