Kokoro

Depending on which side you're on, he will either be your prosecutor or attorney. Those who do not reside in the clan will find him to be their prosecutor upon any felonies or misdemeanors against his clan- whom he represents on the justice system. For those in the clan who are unfortunate or stupid enough to be charged with such, he will back them up as their attorney/lawyer. In either case, he will uncover and gather as much truth to the case as possible before moving forward to court.

He is a hard-worker and will not rest until a job is complete. Kokoro finds no use to file cases or support his clients until he has the whole story. From there, he will enthrall everyone with his evidence with little to no objections and clear the case. There is yet to be a trial he has not won.

He wanted to grow up to be a soldier for his clan, but two disabilities held him back: his blindness and weak muscles. He can barely fly on his own with the latter disability, so he was equipped with mechanical wings for support to be able to fly as well as any other Nocturne. His familiar, Kyra, aides him in his flight by powering it and also acts as his eyes to make sure he doesn't collide with obstacles.

Despite this, he still wished to protect his clan in some manner, so he took it upon himself to seek justice in the matters that were not of direct physical offense against them. With a tongue of silver, he pries out entire truths of these matters and executes them in the law. Many a dragon was sent to their cells by trying him in court.
