These abscissers tend to have low powers. An advanced abscissers with goat eyes tend to not have powers at all. They are much more animal than other abscissers, only keeping the patterns on their skin as a sort of camouflage. They are however extremely good hunters, and get along quite well with hunting familiars, which they often bring with them.



Strange. You stare at the dead flower resting between your paws. Seemed to be doing fine an hour ago. Fickle things that they are, you think.

It's the ranger that warns you first. The trees are becoming pale, foliage white and brittle, and the bark dusting off like it has rotten to the core. Some are dead, other are desperatly trying to survive, but overall, the affliction seems to have taken quite a few. You cut them down, so that it will not go further.

But you find more, randomly scattered around your lair.

Then, one day, the most hot headed member of your clan come back, clawed. The wound necrosed, black and white, blood dark and stinking with blight. He talks of a monster, in the woods.

So you send a party to hunt it down.

They do not come back with a monster, but a dragon. A dragon, but twisted and contorted in ways that confuses you. It seems to be afraid, and apologize profusely. The grass beneath his claws welt and dries, and you understand.
