Biography

Enoth
Progenitor/Council Member/Huntress
—–
Enoth hatched as a mirror mere days before the first flight of the Nocturnes, right near her partner progenitor for their clan, Crispin. Together they set off to find home in the Starfall Isles. Along with Sekhmet, they journeyed far and wide to gather resources for the growing clan, Enoth leading them through many hard battles all over the land. Enoth grew sharp in battle, both in literal terms and in those of tactics. She taught Crispin how best to fight with tooth and claw so that he could better serve in the front line, because long range battle tactics were not very effective, everything seemed to be going smoothly.

But then, they got lost.

After losing their way in the Tangled Wood and Crispin losing his memory after making an unwise decision to eat an unknown plant, Enoth and Sekhmet began to argue the best course of action. What to do for the clan’s sake. A stranger approached them, and suggested they make the wood their home, and it seemed to the both of them, that that was all they could do. So Enoth and Sekhmet managed to lead Crispin back to the bulk of the clan that they had taken with them on the excursion in case of this very emergency and lead them deep into the tangled wood.

Enoth settled in just fine, though the roots and debris of the forest made for a more difficult path for her normal foot-bound travel. To her, a home was just a temporary respite between battles. A place she slept and ate and made decisions for a band of wandering, helpless fools. She had mates come and go, long since deciding that Crispin was not suitable to spend her time with. A good friend, an inseparable ally… but certainly not one so close as a mate. None of them seemed to suit her unique tastes. That is, until Eowell.

Eowell was odd, but supportive of her endeavors. Always bringing her new treatments for wounds, or herbs to mix with her diet to make her stronger. It did not take long for her to take him in as a mate. Their colors even suited one another, others would point out. She hadn’t even noticed. His odd ways of supporting her, even though it seemed more like she was a bit of a test dummy, meant making her stronger, and for that she couldn’t have been more thankful.

Long into her life as a Mirror came a change. It was decided that she was to become a Skydancer. Purely for aesthetics, of course. Crispin had an eye for such things. She wasn’t one to complain, until the deed was done and she discovered the difficulty of fighting with her claws. She missed her powerful talons, and so, she managed to scrounge herself up a cleaver from the hoard to continue what she did best. The new aerial capabilities made new and interesting combat maneuvers possible, and suddenly she had a new world to think about, in the air.

Enoth spends her time plotting battle courses for the exalts of the clan, who she and Sekhmet (and sometimes Crispin, when one of the girls seems busy) see trained before they go to serve the Shadowbinder. What time isn’t spent plotting battle strategy is spent either practicing battle or actively battling. Enoth wastes no time “relaxing” around the lair like her former mate. She sees a bright future for the clan where many talented exalted dragons bring treasure before they leave to help the clan prosper.
