Locusnoctem was hatched in this lair, though her parents have both left. This does not bother her - they left to pursue their path, and she still feels a strong connection to this lair. Though she feels some pressure to leave on The Search for whatever it is that she's meant to protect, for now she's content to help others find what it is that they're searching for. She does have a strong drive to protect others, but if she's honest, she does not want to be tied down to protecting one thing all her life. Somewhat hotheaded and prickly, she has good intentions but sometimes lets her one-minded attitude and stubbornness get in the way of seeing things clearly. This has resulted in friction between Kazimir and herself on more than one occasion but they always work it out in the end. If a lair dragon or even visiting dragon needs to travel somewhere and wishes for a companion or protector, Locusnoctem will usually be the one to accompany and protect them. If the party is large, she and Malik will go together, with her as the muscle and Malik the scout. She learned a multitude survival skills from her father and it is simply assumed in the clan that if anyone knows how to survive and protect a charge through any kind of wilderness, it would be Locusnoctem. On mission she is practical, tactical and formidable. Malik is a great friend of hers, and they often spend time while away from the lair trading survival techniques. She's a formidable fighter but an awful teacher, so while she assists in demonstrations often for the combat trainees she has little else to do with their training.
