"2nd Lieutenant Taffy" of the aethers' newly founded city TerraLab, formerly of Astrolab Betelgeuse Squadron, formerly of the Void Beyond. It's stressed 24/7 trying to keep its moths safe and its identity secret from them (half of them already know though).

It's a terrifying alien shapeshifter who infiltrated the AstroLab with ill intent, only to look around at all these chaotic disaster science moths and go "...y'all really live like this?" It has spent all its time since trying desperately to protect its adopted fluffball squadron from equipment failure, the horrors of space, and their own disarray. it was one of the most feared assassins of its race why is this its life now (it will not leave)
