Nobody knows about Siani's past. She was found for pure luck during a Scavenge session, with little to no recollection to her family. She didn't seem to ever care much about this predictament, however, figuring that she might as well make things better for everyone and learning by herself how to become a proper healer for the Boldbones.
Despite her clumsiness and inability to start a proper conversation without stuttering, she is in fact a quite skilled medic, always ready to do anything to help his fellow clanmates (especially since most of them are quite reckless).

She's usually a little timid and rarely comes out her little "nursery", being able to openly speak to her best buddy Papyrus, her "nerd" friend Nauka or her mate Veritas, getting enthusiastic and energetic (usually, to simply apologize afterwards) only when someone talks about medical stuff or potions - she even tried to make some every once in a while, usually with terrible outcomes.
