earthvs1.png The Zabrak socks him across the jaw, and Vulture goes crashing to the ground. He swipes his hand across his bleeding face; red mixed with a bright, nearly acidic looking cyan. Vulture, though snide, knows when it's not the time, and doesn't provoke the man further.

He just grins through all the cyan and red, standing up with the help of a too-young looking fellow Hound.

He and the Zabrak both end up kicked out of the bar.

Vultures grin drops to a thin, tired line once he's walking home, elbow and ribs aching and eye and nose pulsating. There's no way he can hide it. The dust and muck under his boots is all he watches as he trudges back to Kingsnake and his' apartment.

Kingsnake gives a reactionary hiss as soon as Vulture opens the door, standing up from where he was sitting at his tiny desk hunched over some paper. Like he was going to come over, but stopped himself so that he's just. Standing. Instead. Looking. Vulture doesn't think he likes being studied quite like he enjoys studying other people.

"Fvck," Kingsnake breathes at the sight of Vultures face, scrubbing at his baggy eyes and squinting as the outside light from the streetlights filters through the doorway. For once Vulture won't look at him, doesn't offer some quippy remark about the neighbors loud music or the stray massiff Kingsnake's been feeding (which only makes it return to their place more). Instead, he opts to walk through the doorway, and put his bag down onto their small table and start uselessly fidgeting with what's inside of it.

Kingsnake is still looking at him.

Vulture knows at least one eye is bruising, and there's something wrong with his nose. Kingsnake seems to be having a mental war with himself, but he must've decided on something because he finally walks the short distance over.

"Look," he says bluntly, and Vulture partially does, shifting his head but keeping his eyes pointed away. "Look at me, I need to see how bad it is."

Vulture does, and Kingsnake brings up his hands to move Vulture's head around so he can see the damage better. Kingsnake is practically taking inventory, gingerly uses his hands to move around Vulture's head. When his jaw doesn't click, Kingsnake seems satisfied. Vulture keeps his eyes firmly on Kingsnake's as his face burns.

"I'm fixing your nose," Kingsnake says, monotone, dropping his now vaguely bloody -- cyan and red -- hands, and there's no room for argument, "The rest of you is fine."

Vulture sighs, mildly quips, "Thank you, doctor."

Kingsnake just rolls his eyes.

> This lore tidbit is set a while after Kingsnakes lore tidbit hence why Kingsnake isn't like extremely avoidant n stuff here
> Saliva/spit and glands which produce similar fluids are all cyan/a bright blue. His blood is still red, but it's dark.
> Gets into fights quite a bit because of his snide/sniping trait and how he can get under peoples skin easily
> Tinkerer; likes to build. Also a fairly talented archer/crossbow wielder, though Kingsnake is better with guns/rifles etc
> Extremely open about everything and yet nothing all at once. He's good at saying a whole lot of nothing; using big words
> Somewhat like Varys from GoT only he alone knows things. He has dirt on nearly everyone because he's extremely observant; like a vulture
> Name isn't actually Vulture but nobody's asked his actual name
> Kingsnake is the opposite of Vulture and is extremely deep into the "not my business" pool. He sticks entirely to himself and just tries to get through the day
> Maybe give blend as a secondary
> Roommates with Kingsnake as they share two small crappy apartment rooms on Florrum
> very "nuh uh only I can insult him"-core w Kingsnake lmao
