I like the way Leopard is used to give him an amphibious, frog-like sort of appearance. It goes very well with the red underbelly. I find the fancy vest an amusing look for a frog-dragon; he has a fun sort of scholarly vibe. I also like the use of the Creeping Cluster familiar. It somehow feels very appropriate for a scholarly, frog-looking dragon.
