Azazel

Hatched to a family of scholars on the Mirrorlight Promenade, Azazel had access to any knowledge he wished from the moment he could stand on his own. The young dragon consumed any knowledge he could get his claws on, amassing a sizeable collection of scrolls and tomes by the time he reached adulthood. He left his clan shortly afterwards, seeking to learn even more, perhaps even within other lands.

It was hard work to carry his large collection with him, but luckily for Azazel, he scarcely had to go far before a pair of wandering Fae took interest in the scrolls and tomes stuffed into bags. Azazel realized his calling quickly; to teach, to share his knowledge. He followed the pair back to their lair, wherein he was tasked with schooling the hatchlings of the clan as well as offering greater knowledge to any adult dragons that seek it.

Always happy to teach his fellow dragons, Azazel works tirelessly throughout the day to spread all that he has learned. It is not uncommon for him to leave for weeks on end to visit other regions, however, to learn whatever he can before returning home to share.



Personality: Azazel is a generally friendly and well-meaning dragon, able to appeal to many through his breed's natural talent for mimicry. Despite the nature of his role leading him to socialize with many other dragons, he is something of a recluse when he is able to be, pondering over texts into the early hours of the morning.
