Biography
A disciple, an apostle, a herald of the Lightweaver. He was praised and prayed too when his priest parents revealed him, fresh out of his egg, to the rest of the Daylight Sanctum. He hadn't even had the chance to create his pearl because of his parents impatience in having him appraised, for his blinding bright eyes and the ripples of matching gold on his small body. His pearl, when it was finally able to be formed, held a golden sheen that his pearlcatcher parents cried over in the desperate devoation to anything carrying even a semblance to the Mothers glow.
The Windswept Plateau was truly a place of peace. Kind faced dragons flocked to him everywhere he went, singing praises and bestowing blessings upon him as a thank you for coming to their homeland. Malgori, who was seemingly touched by the Lightweaver herself, was a powerful mage and apostle devoted to spreading the light of his deity.
He had just finished sharing blessings with Windsinger's disciples at the Gale Sanctum when he sensed an unnatural shift of energy nearby. Cutting his goodbye short, he secured his pearl and launched himself into the sky and towards the disturbance. He soon found the answer to his worries.
A large guardian dragon roars in the nearing distance. As Malgori nears, he lands in a nearby tree to assess what seemed to be the problem.
Ah.
Found it. A black iron bracelet glowed upon the guardians wrist. He's seen this before; The tale is simple. A guardian does what a guardian does best. Hoard. Said guardian sees a, lets say, cursed object, and decides to throw it into her satchel. Evil cursed object changes the dragon and.. Yadda yadda yadda guardian gets brainwashed and taken over.
A bright blast of arcane magic snaps Malgori back to the present. He'd rather not get invloved in this dragons problems but worries for the nearby villages that could be affected by the large guardians artificial wrath. The bracelets wrath? Either way, he had to do this. But no one said he could do it from a distance.
He carefully cloaked himself in a warm light, and shot up from the tree directly into the suns hot glare. Hopefully, the guardian wont be able to see him if she looked up into the sky. Thank god guardians prefer staying grounded. He quickly rose and directed himself above her.
And then he saw he pink eyes meet his.
She roared, and Malgori swears that the ground shook. She covered herself and the surrounding area (nothing more than dirt and rubble due to her tantrum) in a pink shield.
Honestly, if anything, the spirit or ghost or whatever was controlling her absolutely sucked at controlling her mana. A shield? Really? After all this offensive magic they've been destroying the surrounding open field with the Pearlcatcher truly thought he was in for more of a ride.
Without a second thought Malgori sent down a ginormous bolt of bright light, propelling it with as much magic as he could muster at the moment. You see, he was not one to underestimate the magical prowess of an arcane dragon.
You see, he was not one to think things entirely through, either.
The bright bolt worked. It worked so well, in fact, that it went straight through the force field. Hitting the guardian directly.
The shield dissapeared in a pink mist, leaving only the still guardian left behind. Malgori faltered in the air, stunned by the events that just unfolded before him.
He quickly sped down, crashing the to charred earth beneath him with little to no care for himself. The guardian, heaving not even 10 feet away, did nothing but look at him. Stared with her bright pink eyes. His pearl rolled out of his grasp as he slowly reached out to her, spreading a cautious light from his clawed paw towards her.
Hissing, she finally closed her eyes in anguish as she gripped her bracelet and shattered it off her wrist. She heaved herself onto her stomach and off her side, and the pearlcatcher noticed a faint pink glow surround her.

His healing light bounced off the glow as he yelled, realizing what the guardian was doing. He took back his outreached arm and gripped the ground in shock. Malgoris ears were pinned backwards
