Biography
Angel
A silent, gentle entomologist. Has been around longer than anyone can remember. Centuries ago, they left their clan to be with their partner, Emperor, as their parents disapproved of their relationship. Spends the majority of their time in a large garden which is home to many insects and tended to by Eos, trying their best to spread their love and joy for the natural world to the young members of the clan.

Long ago, two gaolers, unsatisfied with the structured society of their breed, left the Southern Icefield to begin a society of their own. Over the years, it became a large, nomadic group with multiple branches in multiple areas, each with their own individual leaders. These groups would typically migrate through a select few domains, claiming land for nesting, but never truly settling down. One such group, led by two dragons named Seraphina and Uriel, claimed land in the following domains; Starfall Isles, Scarred Wasteland, and Tangeled Wood The final of which would be the birthplace of the leaders one and only child, Angel. While disputes over territory would typically be solved through negotiation, and if not, sheer force, the clan encountered frequent issues with the ever expanding Apatura Veilspuns of the Starfall Isles. These frequent encounters between the two groups led to Angel meeting Emperor, the only daughter of the leaders of the Apaturas. The two quickly bonded, going from friends to lovers, their relationship blooming behind their parents backs. When Angel's parents discovered their relationship, they were enraged, ordering Angel to cut her off, lest they be permanently exiled from the clan. Distraught over their situation, they rushed to Emperor, not to end their relationship, but to find any sort of solution. Unbeknownst to them, Emperor had just gone through a similar interaction with her parents, and came to Angel for the exact same reasons. The two eventually devised a plan to run away from their respective clans, wanting nothing but to be together. |

- After leaving their clan they spent years traveling Sornieth with Emperor, trying to find some place to settle down permanently
- Eventually found a crater in the Light Domain that they decided was the perfect place
- After realizing they couldn't physically have a family of their own, they decided to form a clan, Sylphina.
- Something happened that led to their and Emperor's immortality? The two both still age physically, but can not die.

The Fate of Angel's Clan
Following Angel's disappearance, conflict with the Apatura only became worse, eventually escalating into a war. The clan overestimated their abilities, believing they could win this through sheer brute force and numbers alone. This led to the loss of all but a few members in the branch, who eventually retreated and integrated themselves into another branch of the clan.

Another master of coziness! I can just picture them gently holding and studying the insects in the garden, with a smile. I also picture them just, resting a wing around their partner and happily napping together. Their name, Angel, is very suiting for them.

usually thylacine isnt my fav tert but it blends in so well with their secondary and fades in rlly nicely with their primary! they give off such soft gentle energy and is really pleasing to look at hehe :D such a gentle soul and im sending them all the hugs <3 also love how detailed their lore is, they're really is trying their best and we love them for that!!

And I suppose I need to talk about Angel! Such a pretty guy, I can see why Emperor was smitten with them T-T. If I ever had to get a pastel dragon, I would get one like them, the Rose and Pearl colours suit them well! And like Emperor, I hope they were happy with her.

Plenty of notes could be taken, and sure enough Angel had their parchment and magnifying glass by their side. However, the spring sun was making them a little lazy. Sitting down in the grass, they contented themselves with idly observing.
A new sound came from behind them. More of a flapping than a buzzing, something made by a dragon's diaphanous wings rather than a bug's. Angel turned slightly, watching Emperor land at a little distance.
"Studying hard?" Emperor asked.
"Very. As you can see, it exhausted me."
Emperor walked up to them, taking care to avoid putting her feet on a flower. Sometimes Angel wished they too were small enough to step between flowers, and not inevitably crush a few no matter how much attention they paid. "Do you need some help, then?"
"If you are offering."
She sat down by Angel's front paws, and looked around. "What are we doing?"
"Observe," Angel said, with a flick of their tail. "Look around and take in the beauty of our local ecosystem."
Emperor nodded, making a show of turning her head. "I shall make the effort."
With that, she laid down as well, resting against Angel's legs. A pale yellow butterfly danced in the air by her, having apparently decided dragons weren't a threat to it. Quite the pair of lovely creatures Angel got to see together.
