Biography
"Barrok" as in "Baroque", a style of architecture, music, dance, painting, sculpture, poetry, and other arts that flourished in Europe from the early 17th century, is from where this particular dragon's name comes from; he is the owner of a well acclaimed Fine Arts Museum across the realm, keeping meticulous records of every piece that comes within his grasp.
Picturesque like no one and like everyone at the same time, Barrok is capable of seeing art even in the air, and it doesn't take him a second or two to start singing praises for it as if his life depended on it. Cunning and bombastic, cheerful but careful, this is him in essence and soul.
- Barrok is an absolute expert when it comes to stepping on everyone's boundaries and nerves, but the moment you step on some of his he'll go feral.
- Surprisingly, Barrok is the only dragon up to date who has been able to go unnoticed into the Mysterious Desert City's tower where Binon carries his duty. They both became friends or... at least Barrok is the one insisting both of them are. Binon is not exactly fond of his presence and prefers not to see him that often, the Nocturne just simply believes that he is a headache, and a tolerable one occasionally.
- Him and Hayate have a friendly relationship of sorts, Hayate often enjoys talking about mundane things with him. Occasional bickering is to be expected of these two at times. Both of them are often sent out on missions, so they kind of got to know each other on these outings.
- Despite his physical appearance he knows how to put on a fight, although he'd rather spend his time drinking tea and carrying out his other duties. Hayate often wonders why Barrok decided to become a warrior, as much as Barrok often wonders why Hayate is a healer of all things.
- He's in the aroace spectrum! (Offspring does not count in canon)
