Flamos

They called him "Fireheart" for his strong convictions and upbeat optimism. He renamed himself Flamos, because it sounded less conceited. His charge is the mental state of the clan; specifically, their hope. He's the glue that holds everyone's hope together, the light in the dark times. He's always around with warm words or a warm shoulder if needed. But he can be competitive, and rather eccentric. (Think of Winston, from New Girl.)

It is rare to see him without his armor while in the lair-- due to his fiery upbringing and lineage, he struggles with being constantly wet. His helmet is not only a huge part of his battering-ram fighting strategy, but a furnace to keep him warm underwater. He and Chrys work together to keep the forges hot when the steam vents are closed.

He has to be good at everything he tries-- be it fighting, flying, or making friends. He is a terrible swimmer and has a tendency to get wrapped up in minor insults or, more commonly, wooing a female. He falls in love in a day, but with any dragon he thinks might be "the one." Though he gets over heartbreak easy enough, so he's never too wrapped up in anyone.

Until Chrys, the one girl he couldn't flirt with. He was in love with her slowly, falling into a deep friendship that became romantic feelings over many years of working together.
