A water elemental/spirit being born of the hopes, dreams, and wishes of VoltiTech's residents

I love her so much
resides over the underground lake + river system in Echo Cove Apartments (the location of the living quarters in the VoltiTech lair)
couldn't resist her impeccable vibes, she is just perfect for Echo Cove

Echo Cove: dark stone envelops waters clear as crystal, the shores and ceiling framed by natural arches and columns of dripstone. Glowing flora and fauna thrive within the lake and every gentle swell against the shore shines blue with bioluminescence.

dragons of the lair hang up pretty ornaments to decorate around/over the lake
- decor started as gifted items for a form of respect to Echo, now it is a favored pastime of residents
- origami, beads, baubles, tiny lights and glowworms turn a huge portion of the cavern ceiling into a glittering starscape. Truly one of the most beautiful and serene locations within the lair.

Just by existing in a body of water, Echo naturally purifies the water - a valuable ability anywhere but especially so for a desert-dwelling clan
- a top priority for the clan is to remain on good terms with her. Littering is strictly forbidden, fishing is allowed in moderation. Swimming is highly encouraged so dragons can get to know her
- have Water Elemental as Title for now, think of actual job title

When dragons are swimming Echo will often show up to play. Provides a tireless play companion for hatchlings (much to the relief of parents and hatchlingsitters)

Very simple-minded, like a young hatchling. Mostly just repeats whatever she hears but at times will say simple words or phrases, usually when something catches her interest
