Samatra - status: friend - While working at the Oarfish Grill Tomo met Samatra, a witty journalist who was writing an article on March’s cuisine. While waiting for a table, Samatra confided in Tomo that she desired to write articles on more important topics. From there the two found solace in their shared lack of something desired in their lives.
Elysium - status: unsure - After Elysium's leaving Tomo is unsure how to feel about his childhood best friend. He hopes he is well and that one day they can talk and maybe reconcile.

Tomo was born in the most inland ‘sector’ of Port Calamity named the Inner Calamity Villa. Despite his upbringing in one of the most expensive areas of the city, Tomo’s childhood was spent mostly carefree and hanging out with Elysium. Attached at the wings as the pair was, in his late teens, Tomo one day woke up to find a note stating Elysiums leaving without a proper explanation. Tomo though hurt by his friend's departure, continued his life as is, becoming a restaurant host for the most expensive restaurant in Port Calamity, Oarfish Grill.
