Gomrin is a resident of the swamplands, although the other inhabitants refuse to associate or interact with her. Not that she minds - she doesn't like being social anyway, and would rather stay in her hut working on a new spell or potion. She loves to experiment with a new concoction and has even more fun testing them out on an unwilling participant to see if it works or not. That, coupled with the fact that she typically steals to get the ingredients she needs, is probably why she's so hated by the others.

One particular enemy she's made over the years is Zuphlas, but can you blame her? He grows a ton of amazing and useful flora that Gomrin could use, yet he chooses to do nothing with them. He won't even sell any to her due to knowing what she'll do to them, but he'll let a weird sheep-like dragon chomp away at them like he doesn't care. To get revenge, Gomrin particularly enjoys playing tricks on the nocturne, being as intricate as making new potions to mess with him to basic things like pushing him into rivers while under the effects of an invisibility potion.

Well, at least Zuphlas doesn't attack her on sight as Apis does. When the tundra spots her, he'll immediately puff up and try to pounce on her, and the aether has to flee, typically with an unused potion in hand. Because of the little attack bee, she has to be careful with who she experiments on, and although she could simply leave the swamp and find someplace better to go, she doesn't want to give up the great resources Zuphlas provides, nor does she want the tundra to think he's won. With the right spell or potion, Gomrin can get the upper hand in no time - if that damned bee would just let her test a few out once in a while!

The only one that is really on Gomrin's soft side is Kaitaka, and that's just because she pities the airheaded spiral. Somehow, she finds the spiral's hopeless attempts at flirting to be endearing, though she'll quickly snap herself back to reality and say it has no affect on her. Though, she'll admit, him gifting her any new plants he finds for her to use is quite endearing. And that moss collection of his does actually sound quite interesting...
