- a Raijū that lost its power at least 500 years ago after a terrible war that left it injured and on death's door
it found an underground cave and rested there until current time, where it reawaken with its new tiny body
- the storm that it created in the wake of the war was the reason why Mayim got swept away by the currents in the ocean, shortly after his mother had abandoned him. but they both don't know each other yet at that time
coincidently, the storm had also affected many other beings.
- extremely weak like this, its fur can shock you but its only a tiny jolt
- 70cm in length when in weakened form, about 25+m at full power
- in its weakened form, it suffers from amnesia (but it still remembers fragments of the war, and gets it as nightmares frequently). also a little head empty and child like
- Mayim's best friend
- they met during a time when Mayim still spent alot of his spare time on land, he was waiting for Ryu to finish patrolling
Eli was sitting high up in a tree sunbathing and minding its own business when a crow started flying overhead and pecking it (the crow kept saying 'my house! my house!' but Eli doesn't know what its cawing about. there was no house when it lay on the branch to rest)
Mayim stumbled upon the commotion and helped chase the grumpy crow away. after that Eli spent time with Mayim until Ryu came to pick him up.
