Lord Business (also known as President Business, or simply Business) was a perfectionest who saw creativity as "wrong" and wanted everything in his vision. He used robots known as Micro-Managers to ensure he had his way, and a device known as the KRAGLE to finalize the process.
He hosted an event called "Taco Tuesday" in order to energize the city and otherwise trick them into gathering for a huge celebration. To their horror, it was just the final part of his scheme.
After a moving speech by someone who was acclaimed to be "The Special", President Business soon realized that in reality, everyone had a gift - even himself - and that everyone was The Special. Turning from his evil ways, he suddenly rained happiness on the citizens by getting them out of their...Sticky situation.
When the city is under attack by aliens, President Business runs off to play some golf, only to return to perhaps an even bigger metropolis than before. Is he still the president? No one knows. But surely he's still living life.
He also has a brother named Risky Business, of whom sought a slightly different perfect world - one where everyone praised him.
NOTE: Doubt I'll make a Risky dragon due to complications with the name, but he is a canon LEGO character; He's an exclusive for the LEGO Movie 4D attraction.
